An exciting 15 day adventure where you travel from the Arctic to the Pacific Ocean. Adding ‘The Dempster’ gets you into the NWT and a chance to explore the frontier town of Inuvik. This is one of Canada’s legendary drives with a broad variety of scenery from the arctic tundra to the highest mountains in the country. In between the Arctic and Pacific you cross vast Eagle Plain, drive through northern tundra and the coastal rainforest of Alaska. Inuvik is a vibrant hub in summer, from here flight tours can take you to Tuktoyaktuk on the Beaufort Sea; alternatively flights from Skagway will provide a birds eye view of Glacier Bay. Driving conditions are mostly good and we select the best accommodation for the journey. Few journeys in North America pack this much scenery into just 15 days.
